Anger Management Program

The Anger Management program is designed to provide coping skills, that address dealing with feelings in a productive way, by identifying self defeating thoughts, that lead to  abusive, violent behaviors against others and self. 

The Program is 12 sessions Total 2 hours each:

Saturdays-10:00AM- 12:00PM
