Opening Hours
The office and the group rooms keep different hours. Administrative questions, intake appointments, and paperwork are handled during office hours. Groups run in the evening, with one Saturday morning session.

Have This Ready When You Call
A five-minute call turns into a two-minute call when the paperwork is in front of you.
The document itself, not your memory of it. The exact program named on it determines everything that follows.
When the program has to be completed by. It changes which class we can realistically get you into.
Approval lists differ by county, so knowing whether you are supervised in Harris, Montgomery, or elsewhere matters.
Which evenings you can genuinely commit to. Booking a group you cannot attend helps nobody.
Who Calls Us
Wanting to know whether we run the program named on their paperwork, and how soon they can start.
Checking accreditation, confirming enrollment, or arranging an assessment ahead of a hearing.
Asking what treatment involves for someone they are worried about. We can explain how the programs work, though confidentiality limits what can be discussed about an adult client.
Reporting an absence, asking about a certificate, or sorting out a scheduling problem before it becomes an attendance problem.
Finding the Office
The center is on Kuykendahl Road in the 77068 area, on the northern side of Houston. It sits within a straightforward drive of Spring, Klein, Champions, Willowbrook, and much of northwest Harris County, which is deliberate. A weekly group is hard enough to keep without a cross-city commute attached to it.

Give yourself extra time on a first visit. Suite 110 takes a moment to locate, and groups expect you ten minutes early rather than on the hour.
This office is not a crisis service and is closed on Sundays. If someone is in immediate danger, or facing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911.

Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
For intake, yes. General questions can be answered on the phone during office hours without one.
Can my probation officer call to verify I am enrolled?
Yes, where you have signed the release that permits it. That release is the mechanism that lets attendance and progress be confirmed to a supervising officer.
Can you tell my family whether I am attending?
Not without your written permission. Adult treatment records carry federal confidentiality protections, and family members are not automatically entitled to information.

No, it is the most common call we take. Bring the paperwork or start with an assessment, and it gets sorted out properly.
Are you open Sundays?
No. The office runs Monday through Saturday, and there are no Sunday groups.
